Irrigation at Taronga Western Plains Zoo consists of a RainBird central control with radio link between the central control computer and numerous satellite controllers. The mainline is being upgraded to poly pipe for increased flow and longevity of the system. Each exhibit is undergoing an irrigation upgrade as the zoo changes. To date the new Lion exhibit, the new Midway Cafe and the Wild Dog exhibit have been completed.
